  • Flag Luxury Properties teamed with St. Regis Hotels and Resorts to develop Temenos, Anguilla, a branded residential and hotel resort located on the island of Anguilla in the Leeward Islands
  • The luxury resort and residential complex includes 18 estate homes, 10 villas, a 116-room luxury hotel with 72 St. Regis oceanfront residences and an 8,000 square-foot spa
  • Additional amenities include an 18-hole Greg Norman signature links golf course, a full-service clubhouse and 4,000 square feet of meeting space

  • The development is a collaboration between Ritz-Carlton and Golden Bear, Inc., and includes an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and 68,000 square-foot clubhouse catered by the Ritz Carlton
  • Hotel amenities offered by Ritz-Carlton include a 15,000 square-foot branded spa, two luxury restaurants, and a full service clubhouse concierge
  • Residential sales at the community completely sold out with over $350 million in sales through three phases
